First off glad to be here and looking forward to balling soon .
I ordered a Metal ball and will be getting a regular 250 neon blue at the end of Jan 2007 also.
Also ,when I placed my order I forgot to enter the code that my nephew sent me as a christmas gift for the Metal ball. So I emailed about what happened and Rory got back to me as soon as possible and credited my account the difference right away with no problems.
I must say the customer service is great so far and glad I found this place and didn't order the powerball from somewhere else.
I love that they have a great warranty on their products which tells me they stand by their products and will do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer : )
