help!, it doesn´t work anymore!!

Hello, I think i have a big problem :s. My power ball cant´t get speed!. the trouble is that i think the axle of the internal ball doesnt´t work properly and there is a friction between the two surface(the sphere and the rotor) What can i do??

Hi John. Please open it up (instructions here) and check to see if one of the cord tips has managed to jam itself in the rotor somewhere or if there is some foreign matter on the inner platter where the rotor support band rotates...it's a 2 minute job and he'll be back to full speed in no time! thank's Rory!, but I suspect the problem is that axle is not fixed appropiately and the rotor doesn´t spin how it should... :S. When I shake the ball, it sounds like a "knock knock" caused by the rotor knocking with the sphere I think... It could have been caused by a drop yesterday :S. Is there any solution if axle would be affected??? Thank you very much.

Hi John. Please note that there should be a little up/down play in the rotor (please click here for more details on why) and so this rattle while the ball is at idle is normal.

If there is a vibration in the rotor as it spins then it is either a warped axle (unlikely) or a damaged rotor support band where the axle sits in on either side...please open it and have a closer look. Regards Rory
