Hello, I think i have a big problem :s. My power ball cant´t get speed!. the trouble is that i think the axle of the internal ball doesnt´t work properly and there is a friction between the two surface(the sphere and the rotor) What can i do??

Hi John. Please open it up (instructions here) and check to see if one of the cord tips has managed to jam itself in the rotor somewhere or if there is some foreign matter on the inner platter where the rotor support band rotates...it's a 2 minute job and he'll be back to full speed in no time!
