I ordered my powerball Signature Series at the begins of December and I got nothing yet in my mailbox...is that normal? I'm located in Argentina.
The service is a Disaster......

I made the reclamations several times at AnPost and PowerBalls.com

That's unusual. Did you definitely get a confirmation email from your order? If so, please could you email info@powerballs.com, giving them your details. Also, could you copy the email to scoreadmin@powerballs.com too, as I can check that email address, and can let you know if your emails are definitely getting through, as they might be being blocked.

Sorry you've not had a successful purchase, but I can guarantee you the RPM Sports do everything they can to make sure everyone gets their order as soon as possible, and that's nearly always within about 5 or 6 working days when everything goes smoothly.

I am sorry that you have not got your powerball yet. I ordered mine on the 21st and got it sometime after I got home from Christmas vactation. Its worth the wait I promise you.

hola matias, yo vivo en chile y aca se demora alrededor de 13 a 14 dias habiles en llegar... asi q solo espera un pocomas de tiempo, valen la peala espera.
una vezun repuesto se demoro casi un mes, pero eso fue por que el serviciopostal en chilees pesimo.
