As hard as it is, it is important to have a rest from Powerballing every once in a while - especially when you are new to it. The workout from using the Powerball is pretty intense, and so you should give your muscles time to adjust to the unique manner in which they are exercised by Powerall.

Try to limit your use a little, or at least take breaks every few days for the first month, and as you really push for high scores regular breaks become even more important!

    Regards

    Enda

Putting it down really is very difficult. Even when I had a blood blister and when i bust my thumb I couldn't help but pick it up.
I've now on my first genuine break (all my previous ones I havn;t stuck to). I took my balls apart, then boxed them and then put them at the back of my wardrobe to stop me from using them Having 1 full week off I am hopeing is going to allow me to smash 14500.

Use it before and after any intense workout.

As a warm up start slow & progressively build up from there & as a cool down do the reverse, progressively decreasing the intensity.
