    Default Extreme Endurance

I'd not done anything more than a few minutes before last night.

I decided i'd just do 1 hour to see what it was like. I managed exactly 500,000 revolutions which i was very pleased with.
The biggest problem I had was in the last 15 mins the ball was very slippy due to sweaty hands so i was constantly changing hands every 10 seconds.

My arms felt fine afterwards though, so I definitely see how a 24hr run could be done. I think I will find a good film and then do a 2-3hr run to see how that feels. Though before i do i might get a golf glove for my other hand to cut down on sweat issues.

It's funny...my hands to get moist during long endurance, but only a little, and I find it really helps with my grip. 500,000 is pretty good over an hour...first time I ever tried it proper I got about 540,000, and my arms were so pumped afterwards it was brilliant. Then I immediately broke my speed record, which was even better.

24-hours is just boring, not difficult...and you only need to maintain 420,000 an hour. I really didn't have any issues with my arms...it was my fingers really...my right ring-finger is STILL a little numb!

Go for 1,000,000 in under two hours...that's a good test. (Was the longest endurance I'd ever done, (about 1 hour 55 minutes), before my 24-hour marathon!)

Ive done a few 10, 20, and 30 minute endurance. And sometimes a few hours at a time, although I dont keep record of those scores.

My averages are about 9k for 30 min, 9.4k for 20 min, and 10k for 10 min.(and that last one was on a highly damaged rotor).

Well last night I did a 4 hour session. I was aiming to hit 2 million revs, but didn't quite make it. Cant remember exactly, but was just over 1.9million revs.
Was really good to do aswell, i felt really pumped aswell. I also then went and did a LH 90s and a RH 90s and broke both records and then did a speed run and broke that aswell with a score 13799.
