well i'm not sure if everyone does this but to achieve good scores on high score mode i always do 3-5 ninety second runs to get warmed up. The first one i use as a sort of warm up going at about 70% effort then the rest i go all out. i usually have a 3 minute gap between those endurance runs then rest after the last one before attempting high score. I believe that doing endurance runs (especially 90secs) is the quickest way to boost your high score![]()
I usually warm up with longer endurance (10-30 minutes), and maybe a 30-60-90 second here and there. I actually go to where it hurts quite a bit while warming up, but not as much as if you were working out. Then just wait a couple of minutes and try some speed!
