Thread: Help with the score

    Sorry for digging up the thread, but I had one question. When you try the RPM score, then do you first do some endurance training and then try the RPM score or vice versa?

    well i'm not sure if everyone does this but to achieve good scores on high score mode i always do 3-5 ninety second runs to get warmed up. The first one i use as a sort of warm up going at about 70% effort then the rest i go all out. i usually have a 3 minute gap between those endurance runs then rest after the last one before attempting high score. I believe that doing endurance runs (especially 90secs) is the quickest way to boost your high score

    I usually warm up with longer endurance (10-30 minutes), and maybe a 30-60-90 second here and there. I actually go to where it hurts quite a bit while warming up, but not as much as if you were working out. Then just wait a couple of minutes and try some speed!
