    Default Help with the score

    Hey!
Got my Neon Blue Pro PB 2 weeks ago, and ATM my highest RPM is 10121. I can't get it higher, everytime I try I get about 9500. Maybe anyone knows any good grips or good techniques or something. I have heard something about "pulsing", maybe anyone can explain me that? By the way I'm 14 years old.

PS! Excuse my English, I'm Estonian, and can't speak well IMO

Just practice and be patient...those high scores will come with time. I've been Powerballing over 2 years and can only just about score over 14000.

As everyone is saying you have to be patient. You will keep improving if you keep at it.

but what about that pulsing? and when you try the highest RPM, then how do you hold it and which direction do you rotate it?

Pulsing I think will come naturally once you are at high speeds. For now i don't think it is something you need to worry about atall.

Correct. It's only in the last month or two that I feel I've started this "pulsing" thing. When you first start Powerball, you'll be making noticeable circles with your hand. When this gets faster, the circles will get smaller. At some point, (around 14000 rpm), the circles will be so small and fast that it's more like your hand is just vibrating back and forth, rather than moving in circles...and it'll be your whole arm vibrating too - this is more what "pulsing" is about.

At lower speeds, moving your whole body does still help. You just dont do it near fast enough to be called 'pulsing'. But when you're doing endurance training sessions, you should try and only use your wrist.

That depends on each individual person. Just rotate it in the way that gets you the best scores!

When I get to 9000 RPM, my fingers are starting to slip, and I can't rotate the PB anymore. And wanted to ask if I train my grip by rotating powerball and holding it with the finger tips, then, will it help to the grip of powerball. And one more thing, which muscles I should train when I want to throw (example: volleyball) faster and further?

Hello OK Indrek, for the slipping thing, i reccomend you to wash your hands with water and soap before using the powerball.
if this doesnt help, wash the grip band with dish soap and water.
    That should help LOADS!.
    Kind Regards.
