display half missing

when looking at the score screen the top half of the digits r missing they reappear for seconds and then vanish again hmm? wht shall i do

Hmm...hard to say Gilles...the unit may have suffered a fall during transit or at some more recent stage which could have unsettled the display slightly. If you want to consider opening the counter

and reseating the little rubber elastomer which connects the LCD display with the main board, it may quite likely solve your problem. If not, send us a quick mail and we'll arange a replacement counter.
