With your imaginative accountancy you should work for the government statistics office.
As you said it took you a week to skip the 12K, let alone the 13K aswell, in one fell swoop, I some how doubt it.
If anything your fast improvment and the data supplied just goes to strengthen my argument.
You didn't account for the dates up until today since I made my last high score submission of 14250 on November 14 (nearly a month ago), so I am not sure how you came up with 14396.

Even at 35.7 increase a day since Nov 14 would be a score of 14999.7 on Dec 5 and at a 38 rpm increase a day since Nov 14 would be 15048, but these are just hypothetical average increases anyway. Perhaps I will make a graph of my progress up until Nov 14 and see how that looks.

In all, if what Akis says is correct then I should not be hitting 15k anytime soon anyway. I have only been Powerballing for just under 3 months and I only have 14250 as a verified score (right now). But I will keep aiming for the higher score anyway!

Duane, I used the dates you provided. That's what,
    Given the data above
    , means!
If I'd accounted for the days up until "today" then that would've dropped your daily increase average even lower!
The daily increase average will only ever be a multiple of your 14250 minus your first ever score!
The more days the lower the average!
Still 14250 is not a score to be sniffed at and puts you amongst the elite!
    More power to your elbow!

    Duane,

I would suggest you try using the frequency analyser program that will be used by many out in the community to verify any very high scoring videos and also to see how potentially high the score could have been based on the sonund.

This way, you can verify the validity of your own scores as well. i start a realtime capture before any speed run at the same time as recording the video, and that way I can instantly know if my counter is producing an erroneous result.

Here's a link to the thread about it which includes some brief instructions.

    http://www.gyrotek.net/forum/ftopic8...owerballalyzer

The download link is in the first post Powerballalyzer version 0.4 is the latest version.

I also use this during serious 30s attempts to see if I even have a chance of beating my current record or if I should just give up and rest more before I try again

    Thanks weee,

I do have the program, but I have used it much yet.

And also, congratulations on making it into the 14K+ club! Well done!

You also have a good technique!

    Default 16k

i belive that you achieved a great technique in your score but i somewhat doubt the reding on the counter. Although you got it "all perfect" this could not have given an increase in personal best of over 2,000. my counter gave out scores at one point including 16, 17 and 18k which i believe are caused by overheating or static, as they mostly happened if i stopped the ball on my jumper. that 16k was probably not real but your 14k is still an incredible score!

agreed, my old counter read 18k before, good luck in achieving that 16k man, 14k is amazing anyway, and your 13k on a metal is also amazing!!
