    Default Rsi

    Hi all,

I've been speaking to a mate in the pub who seems convinced that Powerballs are more likely to cause RSI than soothe it... what's the scientific proof behind the opposing argument?

Only had this 5 hours and completely addicted

well, the only thing i know about that, is that over do it might not be good and maybe this could cause RSI, but if you do it gently, the powerball will help to heal the RSI.
Thats what i know... or belive

Gentle use of the ball promotes/increases lymph/blood movement thus helping healing, along with the growth of neural network in the arms/wrist, giving increased dexterity/coordination. Ask your friend to disprove!!
    Check out the testimonials.
I've been suffering with a painful shoulder, dislocated it in a heavy m/bike prang, had MRI arthroscopy and been told I've an avulsed labrum which requires surgery.
Powerballing seems to alleviate the discomfort/deep itching/aching.
It works for me. I know this is not RSI but I have had carpal tunnel syndrome and since I've been using powerballs have had no repercussions.

I'm no doctor, but I can only go by my own experiences. Used to get a bit of RSI from being at a keyboard all day, plus sore wrist and elbow from playing a lot of badminton. No my arms are in the best shape they've ever been in my life, thanks to Powerballs.

Yes, as an exercise device, if used incorrectly they can cause damage. But if used properly they can reap huge rewards.
