Pain in a joint (in my longest finger)

Today I have been using powerball a little, and I began to feel pain in my longest finger (internal pain,it´s hateful). It happened suddenly, I had never had It.

So, I would be grateful If you give me some advices to help to "kill" the pain ( though I don´t want to take a painkiller ^^ , however, I will stop powerballing for some days)

I'm having the same situation as you Loler, I suggest you rest as long as possible, because I ignored the pain in the beginning, and now it is very bad. I'm going to resist powerball with my hurting hand as long as possible

Hi Loler, i had the same thing long time ago... the best you can do, is to rest a few days, its a slow recovery injury the one you have.. (if its the same i had).

I've had pains in my fingers too...not in the muscles, but in the bones, it feels like. They take ages to recover, and even gentle use of the Powerball doesn't seem to help.

Hard as it is, rest completely for a couple of weeks, or even a month.

As I see that you all have also had the same problem, I think I will take your advice, I will try after a couple of weeks.
