cant get to the high speeds anymore :/
hello .
my problem is that i was so addicted to my powerball that i could not put it out of my hands , so i desided ahh what the heck as my hands and fingers were hurting so bad i left my powerball for a few days . and now when i take my pb and try to achieve a new rec (personal best 12811rpm) i only do a lousy 10500rpm ... whats up with that oh and now i can get 11500scores with my left hand (personal best with left 10223)oh and usualy i spin my powerball towards the clock but now i even cant do that :SSS im losing hope allready i wanted to be the best in my country and now i cant evemn make 12k :S pls help

Maybe it's the ball, not you. It happens to me when I stop using it for a while it wont spin as good as it did before, but with some exercise as the 30-sec high speed one it goes back to spinning real fast. cleaning the ball might help, now i am letting my hands rest a bit, same as you, and I usually get 12+k like you, I find it a bit harder now but i'm pretty sure in a day or two i will be able to get the same scores again. Just make sure you have your hands fully recovered and start by doing some specially intensive 30-sec exercise at the begining, you will start getting high scores very soon.
And, again, check your powerball to be in good shape, i once got to a point where I could only get 11k trying really hard, and it was difficult even to get over 10.5k. Got it replaced, first attempt, new record, since then I open it up regularly and it goes fine
