    Default Vibrations in Powerball

I bought 1,5 year ago 1 powerball with speedometer, and 2 months ago It became uncomfortable to use because the vibrations became when i reached 7000-8000 rpm and it didn´t stop. I tried to to speak to my retailer sending mails to them, but they not answered about the powerball´s guarantee.

And I bought to them another powerball (before sending the mails, the old one had been dropped at least 4 or 5 times , so I was finding the vibrations normal) that was exactly same as the other one I had, and It, 1 month after taking it, has become to vibrate when I reach +13.000 revolutions, and now I cannot reach +13.500 when before i reached it in 1 or 2 tries.

Im thinking about telephone them (powerball.es) and said to them that all the goods sold must have a guarantee and that they should have gave me a bill . (I still have the paper that the bank gave to me when I gave money to their account).

    What would you do ?

    Thanks in advance

PD: It has never been dropped

Well, if the company is not offerings a guarantee, i guess its up to them if they give you a replacement.

Btw, you can allways try to open your little friend a see what´s the damage of the inside of it.
PS: just curiouse.. how do you grip your powerball?
    Regards!

I cleaned it yesterday (before posting this thread) and I did not see any crack in the rotor.

I always try to maintain a tight grip while using the powerball, but sometimes I have not done it (3 or 4 times for a second) , so the metal disc had been removing little microscopic fragments (those fragments are supossed to make the powerball more noisy, but mine was still silent).

With my old powerball I had not maintained it with a good grip always (for the use I gave it, It lasted a lot without vibrations , 1 year) because I had not learnt how to grip it properly.

    Regards

Those big sob have told me that the powerball has a 10 day guarantee, because they consider the powerball like a "toy". And they do not give replacements neither.

I will try to speak to the appropriate organization in my city, to see if they can do something ( I don´t think so , they are not in the shame province where I am).

If I do not obtain nothing, I will add www.powerball.es to my black list (only 2 signs have had the honour), and, maybe, I will buy in some time another powerball from here (by the way, If i send to you a PB bought here to repair it, will I have to pay postage and packing ?)

The last thing : I think that my PB should has a guarantee in here (you told me that it had not), because I bought it at powerball.es (that is a official distributor in my country). Or ONLY the powerballs bought in this web has a guarantee ?

    Regards

PD: If I do not take a replacement for my powerballs, I will make a web page in which I will call them every name under the sun.

    Good evening Loler,

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with your Powerball.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned to you previously, your Powerball is not covered by our warranty as it is not one from our range and so therefore not supplied either by us or one of our dealers.

Any Powerball purchased from us, or indeed from one of our dealers/resellers is covered by our unconditional Lifetime warranty.

At any stage, if you can indicate the part which is required to effect a repair (or let us know the symptoms and we will be able to tell you which part is required) we will send it to you free of charge.

If you would prefer to send a Powerball to us (as long as it is one of our models) then you can send it to us for repair. We will repair it free of charge and will return it to you using a Priority postal service.

You must pay to have it posted to us, and we recommend that you use a recorded service to ensure its safe arrival.

    With kind regards

    Enda

    Hi Loler,

Truly, powerballs.com offers the best service I have ever encountered. My friends are amazed by the way they handle the life-time warranty of their products; it's unique! I just wanted to add this as an objective customer, as the offers Enda indicates may seem like a fairy tale. Don't worry, he's the guy to make fairy tales come true...! So far, they have always held their promises to me, and actually even more than that!

I sometimes wonder if Enda secretly works for Santa Claus...

    Kind regards,
    Dennis

Now im thinking that I could buy from this web 2 powerballs If I have not success in this muddle ... but how much would cost to send it from Ireland to Spain ? (Just the shipping costs).

Anyway, I would have to think it good, it would be a great expenditure for me ...

The exact shipping costs depend on the model(s) purchased. For example one of the 250Hz models is Eur4.95 while the Metal is shipped for Eur6.90. They will generally arrive within 3/4 business days once shipped.

The shipping costs are almost the half price that I thought that they costed , that is good :P

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sayex, If I switch rotors, anyway, if both rotors are vibrating, they will continue vibrating, so It would be a waste of time ...

    Regards
