Well I can't crack my 11800 record with the heavy metal ball BUT, I need new plates for my dumbells. Never happened before. Not sure how heavy the bars are (say a kg?) and 18.5kg of plates on each bar. That's the most on each hand I've ever used for side laterals. I've also reached the point where the biceps curl needs more plates. Whats funny is I only started 5-6 weeks ago. I done nothing since august last year and at the end of that year I could just barely used 16.5kgs in each hand-after a year of home training. Right now I'm ready to jump up to 20kgs on each hand. I only use 3 main dumbell exercises, the other work relies on chinups, a variation on rows (low bar I lie under to pull up), bag work and the local hills (they're pretty hard).
