i have used my powerball for bout a week now and suddenly my top speeds has droped about 2k rpm.. i have also noticed that the outer-ring isnt at firm locked as when i bought it..actually it is so loose that i now can rotate it easily even with out the powerball spinning.. this is a pain..what should i do..?

The only way the ring can get loose is if the ball was dropped or if, more likely, it was operated without being firmly supported at all times.
