    Default broken shaft

I have been powerballing for about a month and a half and last night I was doing a strength run and at the end of it I heard a snap then the ball started making some funky noises. I pulled the ball apart and found that the shaft was broken. How long would it take to get a replacement if I sent it back?

P.S. my strenth run at the end was 16948 or 16984 dont remember was too upset about the broken shaft and being that I was at work didnt have a camera available.....Thanks for any info.

Sorry to hear about that fella...and good strength score, have you already got one on the scoreboard, as that would put you right up there??

If you email liz@powerballs.com, pointing her to this thread and also saying what's written on the rubber grip on your Powerball, she'll be able to sort a replacement rotor for you.

(I've seen them go like this in the past...never happened to me, but it does happen.)

Great, thanks for the help. I don't have a strength score posted yet because I was never really good at it until then....The stars aligned and I got that score. I will however try again when I get mine fixed....thanks again for the help.
