My powerball makes funny noises

Hello! I am a singaporean here. My powerball started making noises after 1 month.. i opened the ball up and found that the white plastic ring has got a part torn out.. may i know the details of getting a replacement ring? or should i just cut away the torn out part?

Is it just a bit of burred plastic? If it is you should be able to remove it OK, but do it carefully with a sharp knife. If there is a lot there, the little hole is probably oval shaped now and you might need a new one, but give it a go and it might help.

If it's damaged, just email liz@powerballs.com, detailing the problem, saying what's written on the rubber grip band, and also including a link to this thread, and we'll try and get a replacement rotor support band out to you.
