can't get mine to start x_x

hey guys i just bought one powerball from amazon (250hz pro blue) and i can't get it to start after i pull the cord (i even hurt my finger to blood cuz of the cord burn lolz) and i was wondering if this is normal ;


as you can see on the video the ring is moving up and down and when i use the ball i can hear a strange noise but the ball never work, even if i rotate my wrist (fast or slow don't matter really) the speed decrease to finally stop, can u guys tell me if the powerball is broken or im doing it wrong? ty and sorry for my bad engrish

What you have showed on the video is perfectly normal, try to post a video of you spinning attempt, then we'll be able to tell what you're doing wrong/right?

I just bought the autostart one and its workin very well i am at 8k atm first day, so im wondering if i should get the other back or not because i really can't get it to spin
