I just need to confirm, for the 30 sec strength challenge, can you start the ball spinning with other hand and reset or do you have to start from standstill? I'm 40 yrs old.

Thanks for the speedy response, thank goodness the 30 second strength counts on a flying start. I just checked out the leagues and surprised to see I only need another couple hundred on 30 sec and another 600 on top rpm to get on rankings. Should be pretty easy as I have been improving daily. See you as I rise up the charts!

Thanks, I tend to obsess over things like this so I will be hopefully sending photos of 13k plus within a few weeks. Great scores btw, I will reply to this thread again when I break 13!!
