Is it still possible to get replacement support bands for pre-counter balance powerballs?

Yes!

I've also got a couple of spare one from my fake metal wrist ball too. But when they're on-sale at the shop I'm sure all versions will be available.

NSD ones tend to be white. It's the bit with the holes on either side that the rotor axle sits within.
