Wrist Pain
I bought my pro powerball yesterday, i spent at least 4 hours on it, today my wrists feel weak and my little finger is sore,
Will my wrists get used to this pain eventually?

Your wrists won't get used to the pain as such, but with extended use you'll find you don't GET that pain anymore.
Everyone could hurt themselves by overdoing it. I can literally go for several hours non-stop, but if I go for too many speed runs, or don't perhaps maintain a comfortable grip, then it can sometimes cause me pain. (My right triceps are sore today because I did about 15 minutes of work with the Metal yesterday, which I've not touched for ages. Or it might be because I fell off my bike!)
Anyway, rest for a bit or just use the Powerball gently until your wrist is okay, and it'll come out stronger.

Quick question, do powerballs actually make you stronger?
-
Quick answer - absolutely!
-
I like to golf.
When I first started using the Powerball just after a few weeks I noticed that I could hit the golf ball a little farther.
My wrists and forearms have more strength now. My shots feel alot more solid especially when hitting my short irons. With just a little effort I can send that ball flying.
