Thread: Counter error

    Default Counter error

so I finally received my 5th powerball, a normal 250hz amber pro. I noticed something odd about the counter, basically on speed runs it only shows my highest score unless I beat it. From the other 4 I have when you do a speed run it will show you the highest speed you achieved that run, and flashes once you've beaten your previous top speed.

This one doesn't do that. and instead will show you your highest speed only untill you break that top speed.

Is this normal in newer balls?

I guess so. I don't know when mine were manufactured, but I've gotten both of them within the last month (blue neon pro and regular 250Hz). The timers on both operate like that. I always had to press the clear button while it was still spinning (otherwise you clear your highest score if you press it while it's stopped) each time I wanted to see my actual score that one (if I didn't beat my previous recent best).

I dont understand what your problem with the counter is.
The counter will show you the top speed you ever achieved. That until you press the ON/CLR button which will reset it back to zero.

    The counter works like this:
Giving it a first run will flash the highest score, hitting ON/CLR while it still spin will reset it to your current spinning speed (as in dropped to)
lets say your'e having a run and reached 11k, pressing on/clr on it while its around 8k, will show 8k untill you pass it..
note that pressing on ON/CLR while its at 0rpm will reset the highest score, which the next first score will flash a highest score.
In short, it's divided to 3: 1)highest score 2)current high score 3)dropped-to score (which is as same as 2, but after you pressed ON/CLR while running)

hope it makes it a bit easier to understand,
if its different sorry then, my fault.

    With Kindest Regards,

    Ron
