    Wink I am back!

    Hey everyone!

Its been a long time since i last logged in to the powerball forums(almost a year *sigh*)

First of all congratulations installing a new vbulletin version on the forums,it looks great (:
I also saw i tremendous change at the scoreboards.Great work everybody and special congrats to ben and hentie (: Good luck breaking 16k5

Since that year i have powerballed rarely(just 1 time in 4 or 5 months) just to get rid of the daily routine.Been very busy with homework, exams and personal aims that i hardly have any time.

I did some spins a week ago. Here are my scores:

    30's 5607 2H
    90's 16020 2H
    ~4300 30's metal

    12k left hand speed
    11k5 right hand
    10410 metal speed

First speed after all these months was 10k5 and 90's 14k9

So beware!Nick's back (or at least i will try to )

    Today was a marvelous day!
My small finger blisters didnt heal properly so i used my mummy's method of a hansaplast and some tape.

I decided to refrain from my normal session including warm up and spins and decided to follow tuomas' warm up as he mentioned in the hot mode thread.
I started with 5 mins of rehabilitation speeds with my faulty pb and then i did a UPC with my weak hand, the right.
    I got :
    5248
    9158
then my forearm's muscles have tighten so much that i could barely move it and my shoulder started to pain so i was in trouble and decided not to continue with 90's and did a half UPC with my left as well(cause i was bored doing the whole ).
    5503
    9707
then i moved to metal...thats where the miracle happened:

Left hand speed 10369 (with a couple of 10k1s afterwards and one 9k7)
    Right hand speed....
WOOOOOOOT 10267 WITH THE RIGHT! ++600 RPM

so why am i pleased with that score?the best i could reach with my poor right hand was barely 9k6(which happened only once)...
Still,i cant count my 10k2 score as valid because that happened on current speed mode and not at best speed (i know i know...i just want to see the score blinking
)So i tried again afterwards and after getting lots of 10k1 and 10ks i recorded a score of 10104.

Plastic speeds are still pretty low:
    Left hand : 12082
    Right hand : 11663
    30's: 5769(so close for just 6 rpm!)Hey wait!Thats a new rec! :P

Then the hansaplast and tape i had in my small fingers flew while spinning(freakin awesome!) so i had to stop .

Forgot to mention that i am still using the 1,5 year old 250hz ball which vibrates quite badly(YES BEN!I WILL GET A NEW ONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS!) so lets aim for 17k 6k and 13k in 2012 (!!)

Oh and a last message to ben..seems like ill forget those ed's not only because they are not "fair" but also cause they wear the ball since i found out gripping to be a better way to increase scores and of course grippers are cooler that edtechers

hahaha yes gripping is the one true way and great scores really well done keep it up and you will smash your speed on plastic with some new balls.

For me, nothing beats magnesia liquid) with super clean hands before application. Before a run speed does not hesitate to make endurance metal. For me this technique works well let me know

Hi Nick, you shouldn't battle with vibrating balls-get replacements under gaurentee!
I never use anything for metal grip, just make sure the shell and rubber clear from sweat and greesynes and so your hands!
I rince my hands with cold water after every spin, it's just me.

I forgot to mension, if the vibration comes and goes during a spin then it means the axle is loose, believe me I'm getting it often!
