My wife broke both her radius and ulna in a bike accident. 10 weeks post surgery where a metal plate and screws were implanted, she has very little range of pronation and supination in the joint (<15%). There has been little improvement even with weeks of PT which includes a variety of manual manipulations of the joint.
Would the use of a powerball be therapeutic for this type of rehab? If so, which model would be best suited for someone who is essentially limited to one hand other than the ability to make a "light" fist?
