    Unhappy NSD PowerŽball Autostart Fail.

I just got my NSD Power Ball Autostart. Most of the time, I cannot wind the roto. It like no spring tension at all.

    Hi,

If you look at the surface of the rotor, there are a series of arrow heads. You need to wind the rotor in the direction of the arrows so that it winds back against the spring.

Please see http://www.powerballs.com/cd/english.html#startauto for a video showing the starting sequence.

Yes I did follow the arrow heads to wind back the rotor. When I inspect the rotor, I notice one side of the rotor has like spring, so I try to let the spring side facing up and slowly knock with my other hand. And the rotor can be wind. After the rotor stop. It can not wind again. So I try few time of the said method, and spine for sometime. Now the rotor can be wind without facing the spring up side.
Any how, Thanks for the supports.
