My hand were sore from my previous session but after a 4 day rest they were is good shape again. Had a great session. ok for my RH but i'm very happy about my LH scores. Here are the scores after session

In the process I have somehow managed to sprain (I Think) my LH thumb. Its sore to bend it to far so I will (try) and not use my left hand in my next session.

Very good progression, Jaco, doing very good!!! I also battle with sore thumbs specially after a metal sessions. You will have to recover wel before attempting another session. Good luck!

Tried a session last night. My left thumb is still out of action. I tried a couple of runs with my left hand but my thumb is still to sore. was not able to really get into a hot mode with just my right hand. All in all 22 spins. 11 speed runs and 11 endurance runs. Will hopefully be able to have a propper session (with left hand) on Saturday or Sunday. Still had a two improvements and one new score:

Still no 14k, but very good session!

yip, still no 14K. the highest I could manage yesterday was 13k6. It feels like the balls are geting worse and worse. Will be looking forward to next month when I will be purchasing a couple of new powerballs including an autostart.

And so my plastic powerballs are dead. Could only manage around 12k6 - 12k9 speed runs. My left thumb is a lot better, and I could have a few endurance runs. Endurance runs came close to my record, but did not break any records except for LH 5min endurance and New score for 5 min 2h grip.

5 Min LH Grip - 37400
5 min 2h Grip - 49000

I feel that I will get a slightly better score on the 5 min endurace once I have a new ball. Hope fully buying two next week.

Thanks Mika, will try a 2h 5 min run first thing tonight as I already done a couple of endurace runs when I attempted the 2h.

Thanks Leg. I did try a couple of plastic speed runs but both my plastic balls are dead. I did do a couple of Raptor and metel speed runs and came close to my records, but no new records.
