Had a good session last night. 2 Hours, 60 Runs in total. 21 Plastic Speed runs, 1 Plastic 2h 5 min Warmup, 21 Raptor Speed Runs, 5 Raptor Endurance, 9 Metal speed runs and 3 metal endurance.
At first I was only going to attempt the Metal and Raptor,but then I Found a spare support band for the Plastic ball. was quite surprised with the results. I had a couple of High 13k9 runs and 2 or 3 runs over 14k (finally ). At the end of the session had 4 Improvements:
Plastic RH - 14036
Plastic 5 Min 2H - 49900
Raptor LH - 16622
Raptor 30s LH Grip - 7235
All in all not a bad first month back doing powerballing. The improvements in my left had I am most happy about.
