Jaco Scores for 2012

Hi Everyone

As mention in this post,(Targets for the new year (2012)) I'm setting myself some targets for 2012. The last time I tried to get back into shape was in 2009, but lost interest after a while. I think with another South African on the Board (Hentie) it will motivate me to keep on spinning and hopefully get back to my record score and surpass it in 2012. I will have a session tonigh and post my results tomorrow.

I haven't been spinning in a while and think the scores might not be that great, but like I said hopefully I will keep interest this time and actually get my 15K scores again. Here is my targets for 2012 (for now):

Hi Everyone

Well I had my first session in over a year and here are the results:

I wanted to see what score I would get, first time I pick up the powerball again with no warmup:

Plastic RH - 13238
Plastic LH - 11457

Raptor RH - 16456
Raptor LH - 14764

After the shocking scores I started a warmup and spun the ball at about 10k for about 15 min, just to get the mucsles use to the powerball again. After a hour of powerballing, alternating between raptor and plastic, this is my final scores for the night:

Plastic RH - 13721
Plastic LH - 12115

Raptor RH - 17282
Raptor LH - 16003 (must change my target to 17K)

This morning my arms feel fine, but my hands are sore from gripping the powerball. This will not put me off and I will try another session tonight.

Session last night:

I was hoping to get a 14k Right hand spin but no luck. My left hand seemed to be improving faster than my right hand. in the past I never really concentrated on my left hand so this time I would like to concentrate more on the left to get the scores more equil for both hands.

After my 10min warmup here are a few of the scores in the session. Note that not all of the scores are listed here as I'm still getting in the habit of writing down each score. Scores in (xxxxxx) are Raptor scores:

Still no 14k RH plastic for me I think i need do some maintenace on the plastic ball. will do this the weekend. Scores in Red are improvements or new score of my session last night. Let me know if you would like the whole session then I can post it:

Great raptor score Jaco! I think if you get new plastic then you would go over 14k easy!
