Targets for the new year (2012)

I would like to create this thread so that people can post the targets and scores that they aim to achieve within the next year

i started this year with a record of 15657 but i feel that with my new technique i can progress faster than before

I'll raise the bar whenever I achieve a target. Let's try ed first and then go for gripper...

you have some great targets Mika,if i was you i would work on getting speed up first then going for endurance after.

Hi Everyone

Just had a good look through the site and saw that Hentie is a fellow South African and surpassed me on the leader board with an amazing 15303!

To be honest I haven't powerballed for a while and realised that I got my 15K score in 2006!!

I think I must pick up a ball again and make an conscious effort to get into shape again. The Last time I Tried to get into shape was in 2009, but did not seem to last. This time I will put some targets on paper (or shall I say screen) and hopefully keep interest. I also think to have another South African on the Board will motivate me more to reach 15k again and hopefully battle it out sometime soon. So here is my Target for 2012:

13K Left Hand

6500 30s RH
5500 30s LH

Raptor

18K Right Hand
16K Left Hand

Metal

13K Right Hand
12K Left Hand

If I reach one of my targets I will set a new Target. I'm going to have a session tonight and I will post the results tomorrow.
