    Today's session:

    rh,lh
12234,12234 (funny I have to inspect these vids if it's somekind of counter error)
    17931,18146 (new record with left)
    15069,15145
    5561,5534 30s
    9987,9383 60s
    21113,20489 90s (lwm)

Good session with left. Two new records! For some reason I was slower with right...

I dunno what I should do to get my scores increase?? I got little leap when I was at 12.5k with hwm but my goal is 13k! Maybe I need just harder sessions or something... Can you guys help?

    Very good session, tburke!
Let me tel you what helps me getting 13k(if you can interpret what I mean):
I am almost sure that you're a stronger guy than me and believe with your strength alone will reach 13k in no time! But it's a perfect balance between strenght and tech!
Try not to focus too much on strength you apply only in your forearm, but use your shoulder and upper arm as the main driving force. Do this as quick and short motioned as possible and try hold the ball in the smallest area(not to shake it too much)!
It also helps to rev it up with your left hand first and then transfer it to your right for the spin!
    Hope this helps!

    Thx for the tip Hentie!

Actually I almost found the rhythm with my body in this session and I was going to tell about it here but forgot. I always have used my arm to help maintaining the speed while spinning (this shaking motion with the whole arm and not only with wrist). I think I was doing the 90s strength run with lwm and noticed that the speed was decreasing as I was getting tired and tried my best to get it spinning faster again. So I shaked my whole upper body (+hand & wrist) and found a nice rhythm and got it spinning faster even while I was weary.

I got to focus on this to break my endurance records and maybe I will find the perfect tech which will lead me to the glorious 13k!

I think one key point is also locking the hand with hard squeeze in the very peak of the spin. This time I managed to do this with left but for some reason I failed with right hand (at least with lwm). Hopefully I will find it again the next time...

EDIT: Here's a good vid which will give more about the motion that I'm talking about - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7JzTzYchTE

    Very nice scores there tuomas!
Usually when i spin the metal i use not my wrist but my arm's power to build speed.

I had a short session today. I was low at speed but almost touched my records in endurance with hwm.

    11923,11545
5712,5517 30s (I didn't hold it long enough with rh and I saw it rising from 5.5k to 5.7k, I wonder if I could have had more)
    5484 30s 2h
    5060,4789 30s i
    5107,5234 30s
    4944,4647 30s i
    15336 2h 90s hwm

A short session today. It was real distressing that I didn't have time to do a proper session coz I think I might had a record breaking session.

68700 warmup with hwm (8 mins spinning while changing the direction and hand every 30s. I usually score about 590-630 so this was promising)
11975,12002 (again low speed with hwm but I didn't actually try to do high scores and just used my hwm endurance ball)
14856,13749 90s (I tried to do it this time 90,60,30 but didn't have enough time so I skipped 60s. Anyway both are new records!)
    5459,5210 30s

After those 90s grip endurances I tried to give a little spin with plastic. I scored so slow with hwm so I didn't even put the camera on. Well you can imagine how shocked I was that the counter WAS FLASHING 15830. Now I will ever know if it was real or not. My second highest score was 15302 so it may tell me that this 15.8k was a counter error but I will always speculate it... I'm going to analyze this other attemps that I had (I got the camera right after the 15.8k) and see if they are counter errors or not. I'll be back...
