    maybe today was a bad day to me, ´cause highest speed was something 127xx only . Hopefully speed is back tomorrow...

    Today: left hand is back on business, new speed record on LH: 11979 (+111) . Right hand isn´t at full power yet. But LH will break soon 12k, which is good becouse I think balance between hands are important. Tomorrow is probably rest day and Tuesday I will make some good session.

    technic is totally gone today, best is like 12,300 now. Help me guys, I fall of rhythm over 12k speeds, have you ever had the same problem, is it overdoing or something could some hard 30s help or about week rest or something?

    i would say rest and be patient as i have had times where i would spend months without getting within 1000 rpm of my record because i have over done it

    Yes, rest at least one week and try again with focusing technique more. And remember to be patient, there are sometimes months of bad sessions and then you're suddenly in a "hot mode".

    Hi!

    Thanks for advice everyone, I´ve rested and today I broke my 90s score. New score is 16077(+155). Next goal is 16,5k. I think my speed scores are growing again. I´ll keep you up to date. Hopefully counter is flashing soon...

    I warmed up with 2 10min spinning today. After that, left hand make lots of 119xx, finally I hit 12k with left and got 12048 (+69).
    Very happy about that ! Right hand isnt at top yet, highest was something 125xx.

    Todays session ended few minute ago. Here are the results:
    LH: 11800, 11929, 11919, 11434, 11525, 11679, 11821, 11747
    RH: 12600, 12180, 12347, 12301, 12425, 12742, 12721, 12431, 12764, 12130

    Also did 30s runs:
    LH: 5176, 5593(+51 yesterday also got record: 5542)
    RH:5520, 5580

    Then pretty end of the session I pushed 90s, got 16237(+160)

    So, two new records and right hand is getting faster again, I think.

    Tomorrow I´ll take a breather and hopefully we will see some good improvements again at Saturday.
