Hello all!

I started spinning again after a couple of months break. My ball is neon red pro, and hopefully I'll get/buy a metal ball. Will see . Anyway, I got a great session yesterday (great for me ) , because I broke four of my records.
I did: 13124 in speed run(+20rev),
5831 in 30sRH(+123rev),
5304 in 30sLH(+27rev) and
15922 in 90s2H(+228rev).

I´m happy about all of my records. But today I´ve rested, ´cause my hands are still remaining me about the yesterdays records.
Tomorrow I´ll have another session.

And there you can see my history on right H so far.(all are in 2011)

- left hand record is 11868.

believe me i am sure you can do it i still have a note pad from January 2009 that has some targets on it on of them being to get 14k before i stop spinning.

so i know you will get it as long as you try

Welcome, 14k is a good target, before you know you're aiming to 15k

My hands aren´t fully recovered yet, but anyway I pushed a good session today.

Not any improvement on speed runs, but 30s on both hands went great.

First I got 5946 on 30sRH (+115)
and after that 5405 on 30sLH (+101)

I´m very glad about these scores

Maybe tomorrow I´ll push again, we´ll see...
