Just can't start it.

I'm pulling the cord and I can "feel" it working (I think) but as soon as I start spinning my wrist it just dies down to nothing.

I really wasn't expecting it to be so hard to start, I bought this thing because I have hand pain and this isn't helping LOL.

Any help would be great.

I've managed to start it a few times now, but I can't keep it going for love nor money.

I'm still having trouble if someone could help me. I can get it started OK but I can't keep it going, and I certainly can't speed it up at all, it just dies out about 5 seconds after I pull the cord. I think this would be great for hand if only I could keep it going.

NVM, I've nailed it! One minute I couldn't do it at all and the next I could do it for as long as I wanted, it was like a lightbulb went off in my brain and I just "got it".
