Hey guys I haven't posted for a while been busy with a number of things and lost a lot of interest in powerball since the forum nuke and reset,I have been having the odd spin now and then getting 15k2s after warming up with 30s and today i used a new ball the i wore in up to 15k2 last session(first session with that ball) getting 15352 as my highest today.

edit: i managed to recover my scores history.

i had a session today mid work out getting about 30 15ks most of which were 15k1+s with 7 15k2s,3 15k3s and a 15646 as my sessions highest so it looks like im heading back to some great form,i am currently focusing on working my strength back up due to me having a laid(i stand at a till all day long) back job and my lack of exercise in the last 6 months.

good luck to every one else and i hope to get a few my 15k6s out of this new ball.

also for a long time now a have had a friend that spins with me getting mid 13ks most sessions but he has taken to using the little home gym that I have been putting together,he broke 14k some time early this year and has struggled to come close since but to day he improved from his old record of 14034 to 14230.

sprained my wrist last week so i have been resting in anticipation of tomorrows session,yesterday i had a light weight session followed by 2 15k1s and a 15k3 so i a, really hoping to get some more 15k6+ scores tomorrow as long as my wrist is fine

had a good spin today with 2 15k6s and just about every run over 15k1 but i just cant get any more speed due to my wrist still being painful
