    Thanks buddy! It feels grate!

I do more training with my metal lately... I am so anctious to hit the 15k with the plastics now but I have run out of rotors!

And the post service is very slow at the moment...so frustrating!

My metal is like a truely reliable buddy...just goes like the first day! but will need to order new support ring and washers after some high scores!

Congratulations and a deep bow! What's your secret? I've done too much with my hands now (gym+grippers+powerball) and my fingers are broken again! I'm taking a little break now (a week or two). Then I'm going to change my workout routine a little bit and concentrate achieving that mighty 13k with metal also.

Edit: What about your rotors? Have you broken your autostart also?

Hi Tburke! Good to hear from you Thanks for your comments!

All my plastics are vibrating badly including my autostart...which is about to break!

I am awaiting an autostart rotor replacement and my July winner prize but the post had been very dissapointing lately...

I take rest will also do me good too!

Good luck with your training and can't wait for you to hit that 13k!

    Default Finally hit 15k!!!

Here is the BREAKING NEWS!!! I finnally hit 15k and how!!!

Here is what happened: I felt after hitting 13k with my metal that my technique have deffinately changed, but had to leave it for a few days to rests my hands.

So last night I was going through my old plastic rotors and fitted one into a new set of shells...

I first done a 90s warmup and then a 30s and felt that I was going to give it a good go!

So then I attempted a speed run of which I hit 15182rpm!

So I then got my camera ready and did an amazing 15265rpm!

I done more 15k's afterward but couldn't do more than 15265rpm, but man... I'M HAPPY!!!

My left-hand score also improved to 13825rpm almost hitting 14k!

I give all my credit to my metal for helping me breaking through that 15k barrier!

Thanks Thorkil! It is not impossible to hit 14k man. I tel you that when you think you can't hit 14k just hang on...you will!

When I train with my metal I hit it hard for as long as possible...till my hands know it. Then I rest till I can handle it again. I would say 3 to 4 times a week, sometimes less. Just do as many 90s endurances at a session as possible but do it serious and it will do.(Just make sure you recover wel enough in between to prohibit long term injury!)

As Akis says: "You must really suffer.." I understand that term very well now!

Okay i will begin to train like that : ) Upc's is my favorite training method, really puts stress on your muscles, but it may be to much when training with the heavy metal X D
