We would have no basis for this. The site from which you purchased is entitled to sell Nanosecond Powerballs, they are just branded differently.

There are a lot of sites selling Nanosecond Powerballs, but only some of these sell 'our' Powerballs which are eligible for the Lifetime parts warranty.
