    Hello.

    Yestrday one of my friends bought a Powerball and he really enjoy it. Today he gave it to me to try it out whether I like it or no. I love it ! Now I am ready to buy my own Powerball. I would like to build strenght in my forearms, wrist and fingers because I am doing MMA and strong arms is a huge bonus. As far as I anderstand for strenght building I need heavier Powerball, is it right ? If so which one would you recommend me from these 2 powerballs -

    NSD Powerball 350Hz
    or


    RPM Sports NSD Powerball 350Hz Metal ?
