I'd suffered from wrist pains for years, They were exacerbated by intense keyboard usage as part of my working day and were a blocking factor for weight training.
Enter the Powerball - which arrived on a Friday, and I spent the weekend using it at a frenetic pace. So for those who would like a better overview:
I ordered it on Tuesday just after midnight (so it was already wednesday :p) and the order was confirmed on wednesday 12:30pm (they send an confirmation email). 2 days later on Friday 13:30pm I received my brand new Powerball "Signature Series".
So basically it took them a little over 48 hours to get it from Ireland to the Netherlands... I'd say: "That is pretty fast to me!"

“Well, had my powerball delivered from firebox, but it was acting quite strange, wouldn•t spin as good as it was supposed to, after a while it was impossible to make the ball spin sideways. Contacted the company (RPM Sports /powerball) and got instructions how to thake the unit apart. Unfortnatly the plastic case cracked! In a state of panic i contacted the company again and a person named Rory helped me out, actually sent me a brand new casing, since i changed tha casing the Powerball works even better then when it was brand new!

“The Powerball I found to be everything described on the site; and I am as addicted to playing and working with it as anyone else. It is, and I find it to be - a supurbative tool and toy despite or perhaps because of - my 55 odd years and blind! If I had a good ear for tone, I bet I could accurately guestimate the speed too; but I haven't. But I can do this and give it some stick!
Suggestions: I found a curtain ring to tie on the end of the pull chord so I can wind more round the rotor and have a more positive hooked grip when I give it the big pull.
Secondly: The leather case is one of those more or less essential accessories and is the perfect finish to what is already an ideal product. I mean - if you're going to take your Powerball around with you in a work, school or sport bag; package it for its protection. It's padded in just the right places and is a really neat addition and worth the little extra.
Finally: to RPM sports, since there is a fairly power hungry Techno version with all the pretty lights; it wouldn't be much extra effort or production cost to add a sound chip to do more amazing audio things... including talk! Litterally telling you the speed to save you having to pause and take your hand from over the counter would help everyone and me in particular.
In short: Great product, keep going, we're all with you on this.
